About Us

Born on 4th July 2014, Talent Forum evolved out of a passion for providing quality, transparent and professional HR services to organisations across the country. With about 2 decades of experience in the industry as HR professionals, there was a strong desire to bridge the gap between existing demand and supply of quality talent..

We are a team of enthusiastic individuals passionate about learning, implementing and growing, as an individual and as an enterprise. We support growing organizations in finding the right candidates within agreed timelines. People are the most important assets for every organization, hence we focus on their continuous growth and development through various soft skills and sales training programs to enhance and enrich their skills and capabilities.

We also collaborate with start-ups and mid-sized companies to design and implement various people related systems like performance management system, employee engagement survey, attrition analysis etc.
