1. Head – Sales & Marketing (Industrial Automation), Pune.

- Around 15 to 20 years of sales experience in Business to Business (B2B) sales in the Manufacturing IT systems and solutions like Internet of Things (IOT), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Machine to Machine (M2M) and Advance Analytics for the Industrial sector.
- Exceptional abilities in concept selling of high value products & solutions at CX levels with demonstrated results.
- Very good exposure to process automation and MES business.
- Experience of setting up and managing a right team grounds up including sales, marketing and business development.
- The prime responsibility of the incumbent would be to aggressively establish the organization’s automation solutions in the Industrial plants market including verticals like textile, water and waste water, plastics, printing & packaging industry segments, both in terms of target revenues and mind share.
- Budget CTC: Rs 18 – 20 L p.a. fixed plus variable; however, will not be a constraint for the ‘right’ candidate.

2. Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing (Industrial Automation), Pune.

- Around 10 to 12 years of sales experience in Business to Business (B2B) sales in the engineering sector.
- Hands on experience in concept selling of high value products & solutions at CX levels.
- Basic exposure to plant instrumentation and control systems and communication protocols.
- The prime responsibility of the incumbent would be to meaningfully establish the organization’s automation solutions in thermal power and sugar industry segments both in terms of target revenues and mind share.
- Develop, plan and execute aggressive sales strategies.
- Work with the team to identify sales opportunities and recommend optimal solution components and solution architecture for realizing deliverables specific to the process, plant, equipment which positively influences customer’s intent to buy.
- Generate enquiries in target segments; interact with customers, understand their needs; conceptualize appropriate solution to meet their needs; give clarifications, rework on proposals, specifications, prices, terms, etc. till order closure.
- Budget CTC: INR 12 lacs – 15 lacs pa

3. Manager – Sales & Marketing (Industrial Automation), Pune.

- Around 7 to 10 years of sales experience in Business to Business (B2B) sales in the engineering sector.
- Hands on experience in concept selling of high value products & solutions at CX levels.
- Basic exposure to plant instrumentation and control systems and communication protocols.
- The prime responsibility of the incumbent would be to meaningfully establish the organization’s automation solutions in textile, water and waste water, plastics, printing & packaging industry segments both in terms of target revenues and mind share.
- Develop, plan and execute aggressive sales strategies.
- Work with the team to identify sales opportunities and recommend optimal solution components and solution architecture for realizing deliverables specific to the process, plant, equipment which positively influences customer’s intent to buy.

4. Sales Engineer (Pump industry) - Pune, Ahmedabad, Bangalore.

- 3 to 5 years in front line sales of industrial pumps in end markets of WTP, general industry, BS/consultants & OEMs in these fields.
- Basic knowledge on equipment and processes in the above sectors.
- Knowledge of booster systems including hydraulic selections, instrumentations & controls.
- Prior experience in sales with a pump company.
- For Pune location – Centrifugal pumps experience mandatory - Vertical Multistage Pumps/Hydropnymatic Systems/Submersible pumps.
- For Bangalore and Ahmedabad location - Positive Displacement pumps experience needed -Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps/Internal Gear Pumps/Dosing pumps and Chemical and Acid handling pumps.
- Budget CTC: INR 4 lacs – 5 lacs pa.

5. Sales Executive (Print and Packaging Industry), Delhi.

- BE – Eletronic /Electrical/Mechanical (Mandatory).
- 4-6 yrs of experience in sales of Industrial products.
- Profile will involve - Sales and Service of Industrial Products like Auto Registration Control System (ARC), Viscosity Controller, Doctor blades, Static Eliminators, Lamiflow, Static Eliminators & Other allied products for its Print and Packaging Division.
- Budget CTC: INR 4- 6 lacs.

6. Regional Sales Manager – North (HVAC / AHU Industry), Delhi NCR

- Must be minimum a Graduate Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an acceptable Engineering college in India or abroad. A Degree/Diploma in Business Management will be an added qualification.
- Should have a minimum experience of 10-12 years in Sales/Marketing of HAVC products out of which atleast 5 years in leading regional sales team of similar organisations.
- Support the Regional Managers to introduce the new product in the market.
- Handle the Key Accounts on Pan India basis.
- Assess the market potential in the region for the Company’s HVAC products/Systems.
- Assess and analyse key competitor activities and strategies and report internally and help in creating counter moves.
- Be able to create business opportunities and generate enquiries matching the key growth initiatives of the Company.
- Create, participate in and monitor the effectiveness of business promotion programmes in line with the company’s strategies.
- Should possess good written/oral communication skills, analytical skills, interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively.
